Pork Ribs & Slap Chips
Ingredients
Harvestime Slap Chips
1,2 kg Thick Pork Rasher Ribs
For the Marinade:
60 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
½ cup soy sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours marination time
- Cook chips according to package instructions
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and combine well
- Now combine the marinade with the pork ribs and allow to marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours
- Bake in the oven or on the braai
- Serve with sides and chips
