Kota with Slap Chips
Ingredients
Harvestime Slap Chips
Unsliced bread
1 to 2 sausages
Diced cabbage
Masala
Vinegar
Hot sauce
Mustard sauce
Mayo
Tomato Sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 -20 minutes
- Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions.
- Once done mix with vinegar and masala
- Fry the sausage- slice and set aside
To assemble
- Cut the bread and layer chips and place the sausage in the chips
- Now top with generous amounts of coleslaw and sauces
- Season and enjoy
