Grilled Chicken Thighs with Fries

Ingredients
Harvestime Chips – Slap Chips
1 kg chicken thighs – skin on and bone in
1 cup Inkomazi
3 tablespoons chicken spice
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons garlic and ginger
Salt and pepper
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 5
- Combine the yoghurt, chicken spice, chilli powder, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper and mix well
- Add the chicken to the yoghurt mixture and combine until the chicken is coated
- Roast on 220 Degrees for 45 minutes and turn once
- Serve immediately with HARVESTIME chips
