Chutney Sausage & Slap Chips

Ingredients

Harvestime Slap Chips

700 gram Beef sausage

1 large onion sliced

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

2 heaped tablespoons of curry powder

5 tomatoes chopped  

Chopped coriander

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Serves: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

 

  1. Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions
  2. Fry the sausages in a little bit of oil and remove from the pan
  3. Once the sausages are cooled, slice the sausages
  4. To the same pan add the sliced onions and fry until translucent
  5. Add the garlic and tomatoes and allow to simmer for 10 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften
  6. Now add the curry powder and add a dash of water and cook for 10 minutes
  7. Add the sliced sausage and chopped coriander
  8. Serve with slap chips and white bread
