Chutney Sausage & Slap Chips
Ingredients
Harvestime Slap Chips
700 gram Beef sausage
1 large onion sliced
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
2 heaped tablespoons of curry powder
5 tomatoes chopped
Chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
- Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions
- Fry the sausages in a little bit of oil and remove from the pan
- Once the sausages are cooled, slice the sausages
- To the same pan add the sliced onions and fry until translucent
- Add the garlic and tomatoes and allow to simmer for 10 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften
- Now add the curry powder and add a dash of water and cook for 10 minutes
- Add the sliced sausage and chopped coriander
- Serve with slap chips and white bread
