Chicken Mushroom Burger and Chips
Ingredients
Harvestime Chips – Slap chips
Chicken Fillets – halved and flattened
2 teaspoon chicken spice
Burger Buns
Store bought mushroom sauce
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 5
- Season the flatted chickened fillets with chicken spice, salt and pepper
- Heat a frying pan on medium to high heat and fry the fillets until browned and cooked
- Warm the mushroom sauce in a pan and keep aside
- Toast the buns and add lettuce and chicken fillet, top with mushroom sauce and enjoy with Harvestime chips
