Cheesy Mixed Veg Wraps
Ingredients
Oil
1 large onion sliced
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 - 3 tablespoons curry powder
3 tomatoes chopped
Wraps
Grated cheese
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 - 45 minutes
Serves: 4 - 5
- Heat a large pot on medium heat and add the oil and onions
- Fry for 5 minutes then add the garlic and ginger
- Lower the heat and add the curry powder, mix well
- Next add the chopped tomatoes and season according to taste
- Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until thickened – add water if it gets to thick
- In goes the frozen mixed veggies
- Cook for 8 minutes then remove from the heat
- Place a generous amount of the mixed veg filling onto the wrap, add the grated cheese and wrap
- Toast on a hot, slightly oiled pan and serve immediately
