Bacon Loaded Fries
Ingredients
1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips
250 grams Bacon bits fried and set aside
5 eggs
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 cup Grated cheese
Handful Baby tomatoes
1 small onion diced
Bunch of spring onions chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves: 4- 5
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
- Fry the chips until half done and set aside
- Fry the bacon, with the onion and baby tomatoes
- Place the chips in oven proof frying pan, top with fried bacon, onions and tomatoes
- Crack eggs on top of the chips
- Sprinkle with the chilli flakes, and cheese
- Season and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes to finish off cooking the eggs
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped spring onions
