Ingredients
Harvestime Chips – Slap Chips
1 kg Brisket Steaks
3 tablespoon Steak seasoning
Eggs
Salt and pepper
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 - 50 minutes
Serves: 5
- Cook the Harvestime chips according to package instructions
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper and steak seasoning
- Grill / Braai the beef brisket to desired preference
- Fry eggs in a little oil, season and place onto the steaks
- Enjoy with Harvestime Chips
