1 TBSP Oil
2 Sausages
2 slices Polony
Sliced Cheese
1 TBSP Atchar
BBQ Sauce

- Heat up the oil, and fry the Harvestime chips until golden. Set aside on a paper towel.
- In a medium size saucepan, heat up the oil and slice the sausage in half.
- Fry the sausage for 6 minutes turning occasionally or until cooked.
- Slice the polony and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- To assemble, start by filling the bread with the chips, followed by the atchar. Add the cheese, polony and lastly the sausage.
- Drizzle sauces over
- Serve and enjoy.
