Saucy Chicken Kota

Ingredients

Harvestime Slap Chips

Chicken fillets cut into strips

1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon chicken spice

Salt and pepper

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

3 tablespoons hot sauce of choice

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

3 teaspoons margarine

Unsliced white bread

Directions

Serves : 1-2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

 

  1. Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions and keep aside
  2. Mix the chicken with the garlic and ginger, chilli powder and salt and pepper
  3. Fry the chicken in batches and keep aside
  4. To the same pan add, the rest of the sauces with the margarine and let it bubble
  5. Add the chicken back to the pot and simmer for 2 minutes
  6. Assemble the Kota
  7. Enjoy with extra Harvestime Slap Chips on the side
