Saucy Chicken Kota
Ingredients
Chicken fillets cut into strips
1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons hot sauce of choice
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 teaspoons margarine
Unsliced white bread
Directions
Serves : 1-2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
- Cook the Harvestime Slap Chips according to package instructions and keep aside
- Mix the chicken with the garlic and ginger, chilli powder and salt and pepper
- Fry the chicken in batches and keep aside
- To the same pan add, the rest of the sauces with the margarine and let it bubble
- Add the chicken back to the pot and simmer for 2 minutes
- Assemble the Kota
- Enjoy with extra Harvestime Slap Chips on the side
