Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
300 grams Harvestime Corn
½ cup margarine
¼ cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1 tin creamed corn
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Serves: 4
- Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius
- In a sauce pan, heat the margarine over medium-low heat until melted
- Whisk the flour into butter until well incorporated, followed by the eggs and milk
- Add in the creamed corn and frozen corn and season
- Transfer the corn mixture into a baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake uncovered for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for a further 15 - 20 minutes
- Serve warm
