Country Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
500 grams Harvestime Country Mix
500 grams cubed cooked chicken pieces – or leftover meat from roast chicken
1 onion sliced
2 teaspoons garlic crushed
250 grams mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon Mixed herb seasoning
1 teaspoon Paprika
Chicken stock
¾ cup Milk
1 tablespoon flour
500 grams Pasta packet
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Serves: 4
- Heat a large pan on medium to high heat
- Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes before adding the garlic
- Next add in the mushrooms, mixed herb and paprika and mix well
- In with the Harvestime veg and allow to cook for 6 - 8 minutes
- Add in the chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes
- Next add the chicken to the pot
- Make a slurry with the milk and flour and add it to the pot
- Keep stirring until thickened
- Toss in the pasta and stir
- Serve immediately
