Chicken Sishebo

Ingredients
500 grams Harvestime Mixed Veg
oil
1 kg chicken thighs - skin removed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon curry powder
Thyme
½ cup Canned Tomato
1 cup chicken stock
Served with Pap
Directions
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes - 1 hour
Serves: 5 - 6
- Heat a pot on medium heat
- Add the onions and garlic and allow to caramelize
- Next add the chicken and allow to brown before adding the paprika, curry powder, thyme, stock and canned tomatoes
- When the chicken is almost cooked, add in the Harvestime Mixed Veg
- Serve hot with pap
