Chicken Burgers & Masala Fries

Ingredients
1 packet Harvestime Slap Chips
2 tablespoons Oil
4 chicken fillets cut in the middle (to make thin fillets)
3 teaspoons Chicken seasoning
1 cup Grated cheese
Onions sliced into rings
Lettuce
2-3 tablespoons Vinegar
3 teaspoons Masala
Toasted Burger Buns
Margarine
Sauces of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves: 4 - 6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
- Cook chips according to package instructions
- Season the chicken with the chicken seasoning
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until done- 2- 3 minutes on each side
- Assemble the burgers
- Butter the buns
- Place sauce and lettuce, onions, chicken and cheese
- Add vinegar to the cooked chips and toss well with the masala and salt
- Enjoy with friends and family
